Emergency Relief
The Emergency Relief Program provides financial and/or material support to Queenslanders in financial crisis. The program is funded by the Government. The Wynnum Community Hub can provide immediate temporary relief to those who need a hand up, and can also connect you to other community organisations that can further support you.

If you’re looking to connect with others, learn new skills or gain new interests or awareness, please join us! All programs and events are free or low cost and are open to all members of the community.

Information and Referral Service Forms Assistance
The Y Wynnum Community Hub provides a free service to help community members correctly complete both paper and online forms. These forms include Centrelink forms, Medicare forms, housing applications, application forms and any other general forms.
